Level 1 – General Disinfection

Our level 1 disinfection services will treat your home or business with EPA registered disinfectants and use our mandated protocols to keep your home or business safe.

The Level 1 disinfection program includes:

• Our technician treats your home or business while wearing personal protection equipment (PPE).
• We will manually clean all high contact surfaces with a high quality environmentally friendly cleaner, followed by a treatment of the home or business with our EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant which uses a proprietary blend of plant-based enzymes, known as Oceanic.

This process will take some time depending on the size of the space, and occupants will need to remain away from the home or business for a few hours to let the products do their job. Once complete, this process will reset the indoor environment to a neutral state, and we do have the additional option of adding probiotics to the environment after service.  Please ask your dr. duct Solutions Representative about this service if you have any questions.

Level 2 – Enhanced Disinfection

This level of disinfection will treat your home or business with EPA registered disinfectants and use our mandated protocols to keep your home or business safe. It will also include the application of oxine sanitizer. oxine sanitizer  is a proprietary hydrogen peroxide disinfectant formula that is proven to kill 99.9999% of C. difficile spores, along with a broad range of other pathogens in infection-prone environments.

The level 2 disinfection program includes:

• Our technician treats your home or business while wearing personal protection equipment (PPE).
• We will establish a decontamination area outside your home which will be used to treat all team members and equipment who enter or leave your home during and after treatment.
• We will create containment area(s) in your home to prevent the spread of germs, bacteria and viruses as we perform the work.
• We will manually clean all surfaceswith a high quality environmentally friendly cleaner.
• We will also apply oxine sanitizer , which is known to kill more than 99.999% of all viruses and bacteria, including many recent viruses.
• In the level 2 program, the oxine sanitizer  application process is known as a “wet application” that coats all surfaces with oxine sanitizer  for a period of time manually by our technicians.

This level of disinfection has all the benefits of our level 2 Disinfection, except that we will use the same system hospitals use to disinfect their spaces. oxine sanitizer  Halo Dry Fog system applies oxine sanitizer  with the oxine sanitizer  Fogger utilized in several hospitals nationwide. oxine sanitizer  is a proprietary hydrogen peroxide disinfectant formula that is proven to kill 99.9999% of C. difficile spores, along with a broad range of other pathogens in infection-prone environments. This process is known as a “Dry Fog” application. The level 3 Hospital Grade Disinfection was developed by our team of experts as the best way to control viruses, germs and bacteria.
